Qualification
- Clerk: A pass in S.S.L.C. Examination or its equivalent.
- Laboratory Technician Gr-II: A pass in Pre-Degree or equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks or B grade in science subjects. S.S.L.C or equivalent for Ex-servicemen who have passed Class I Blood Transfusion Assistant Test and have put in not less than 15 years service in the Armed Forces. A pass in one-year Medical Laboratory Technician Diploma Course conducted by the Medical Colleges, in Kerala and by the Public Health Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram or any qualification equivalent thereto.
- Sergeant: Must be a pensioned Junior Commissioned Officer of the Army or equivalent in the Navy or Air Force. In the absence of candidates with the qualification mentioned in item (1) above, candidates with literacy in English and ten years Military Service in the Army, Navy or Air Force. In the absence of qualified hands under items (1) and (2) above, SSLC or equivalent with six months Police or Military Training.
- Mechanical Draughtsman: SSLC pass or equivalent ITI (Mechanical) or equivalent Certificate recognized by Government in computer-aided design including 3D projection or Auto CAD.
- Junior Clerk: Must have 3 (three) years regular service in any cadre in the Member society affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Marketing Federation Limited and should be in service of the Member society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment to the new post. Degree in any discipline from a UGC recognized University or National Institutes established by Govt. of India or Institutes established by the Govt. of Kerala. with HDC/ JDC or equivalent. B.Com. degree with Co-operation from a UGC recognized University or National Institutes established by Govt. of India or Institutes established by the Govt. of Kerala. B.Sc. (Co-operation and Banking ) Degree of the Kerala Agricultural University.

- Clerk: Rs. 19000 – 43600/- per month
- Laboratory Technician Gr-II: Rs. 22200 – 48000/- per month
- Sergeant: Rs. 22200 – 48000/- per month
- Mechanical Draughtsman: Rs. 2370 – 4420/- per month
- Junior Clerk: Rs. 5120 – 14640/- per month
